Contract Formation: The contract is formed when we confirm your order by telephone. No payment is taken until your order is dispatched.

4. Pricing and Payment

Current Price: Lumina Core is priced at £32.99 (after 50% discount from the regular price of £65.99). Delivery costs apply as stated on our Delivery page.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon delivery (Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery). No prepayment is required. Prices are in GBP (British Pounds).

5. Delivery and Dispatch

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days of order confirmation.

Delivery Timeframe: Standard UK delivery typically arrives within 2-4 working days. Express and EU delivery options are available with longer timeframes.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

6. Returns and Refunds

14-Day Return Period: You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to return Lumina Core for a full refund. This right applies to unopened, undamaged products.
